$125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Route to Regional Service Manager + External OEM Training + Hybrid

Are you a UPS Technician looking to step off the tools and into a senior technical support role, where you'll coach other technicians, influence standards, and build towards a Regional Service Manager position as the business grows nationwide?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established critical power business that is scaling its UPS service offering rapidly. You will become a key technical point of contact for the service team and customers, helping shape how work is delivered as the team expands over the next 24 months.

The company is privately owned, has grown year after year, and is investing heavily into building a national UPS service team supporting mission-critical environments such as data centers. As a result, they are creating this position to move from battery maintenance into a dedicated UPS service and support function.

In this role you will provide technical support to technicians and customers, respond to escalations, and deliver training to improve capability across the team. The role is hybrid (roughly 50/50) with local site visits.

This role would suit an experienced UPS Technician who enjoys solving complex problems, developing others, and wants a clear route into leadership as the service operation scales.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to UPS technicians and customers, acting as an escalation point
• Train and coach technicians on UPS maintenance and service best practice
• Hybrid working (approximately 50/50) with local customer site support as required
• Support the growth of a new UPS service arm as the business scales nationally
• Clear progression route toward Regional Service Manager

The Person:

• Strong UPS maintenance/service background with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Comfortable supporting others: technical coaching, guidance, and customer-facing communication
• Based around the Philadelphia area and able to travel locally to customer sites
