Are you a hands-on Service Technician looking for a stable, permanent role where you'll be properly supported, trained on specialist equipment, and given a clear route to increase responsibility over time?

On offer is a long-term position with an established industrial machinery manufacturer, where you'll receive on-the-job training (shadowing and online learning) and the backing of an experienced service team, while building a career in field service.

As a result of continued growth and expanding service demand, they are looking to add another technician to their team. You'll become a key part of the customer-facing service function, representing the business on-site and helping keep critical equipment running.

In this role you'll install, commission, service, and repair automated industrial machinery, diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults. The role is travel-heavy (around 75%) across the US with some trips to Canada and Mexico, with consistent overtime available.

This role would suit a mechanically minded Service Technician who can read blueprints, enjoys troubleshooting, and is happy with frequent travel in industrial environments (including hot/dirty steel plants).

The Role:

• Install, commission, service, and repair automated industrial machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults
• Approximately 75% travel across the US (with some Canada/Mexico travel)
• Customer-facing position representing the company on site

The Person:

• Hands-on service/maintenance background with strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable reading and following blueprints and using general hand tools (welding a plus)
• Looking to increase earnings through overtime and develop technically
