Are you a sales professional with distributed generation experience, looking for a role where you can own strategy and drive growth across grid support and energy resilience solutions?

On offer is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact commercial remit, working consultatively with utilities, aggregators, microgrid developers, ISOs and large energy users, shaping tailored proposals and ROI cases that deliver real value.

You'll join an established energy business with a broad portfolio across power generation and electrification technologies, known for working cross-functionally with engineering, product and project teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add to their commercial leadership team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, and building market strategy in a fast-moving energy landscape.

The Role:

• Lead sales and business development for demand response, peaking power and distributed generation
• Develop market strategy and build relationships with utilities, aggregators, ISOs and large energy users
• Lead proposals, bids, ROI cases and RFP responses in collaboration with internal teams
• Extensive travel across the USA, representing the business at events and customer meetings

The Person:

• 5+ years' sales / business development experience in power generation, energy markets or demand response
• Strong knowledge of demand response, distributed generation and grid-interactive technologies
• Valid driver's license and passport, with ability to travel extensively
