Are you a Structural Engineer (or Project Engineer) looking to step into a role where you can take ownership of commercial/industrial projects, develop your technical capability, and progress long-term through a clear engineering pathway?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established structural engineering business in growth mode, where you will work on a diverse range of steel, concrete, foundation, and masonry design projects, while being supported with technical development.

You will be part of a team that invests in its engineers through mentoring and in-house technical training, with progression opportunities available into Senior, and further into Associate/Principal level. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an engineer to support project delivery and help develop junior engineers.

In this role you will deliver structural design and analysis, coordinate with clients, support proposal work, and ensure deliverables are completed to deadline and to a high standard.

This role would suit a PE-licensed Structural Engineer looking for long-term development, increased responsibility, and a clear route to progress within a high-performing team.

The Role:

• Structural design and analysis across commercial/industrial construction projects
• Steel, concrete, foundation and masonry design work
• Coordinating with clients and supporting proposal development
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers to meet deadlines
• Hybrid / flexible schedule (typically 40 hours per week)

The Person:

• Structural engineering background with experience in commercial/industrial projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong design/analysis capability across steel and concrete (plus foundations/masonry)
