Are you an Aerospace Quality Engineer looking for a role where your technical experience can genuinely open the door to Quality Management?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established precision manufacturer with 40+ years of experience, supporting Aerospace and Medical customers from engineering and design through to production and reverse engineering.

You'll be working across complex CNC machining, tight-tolerance components and varied manufacturing projects, staying close to the shop floor and working alongside Engineering and Manufacturing to solve real Quality challenges.

The business is growing and investing in new machinery, facilities and its customer base, with major AS9100 audits approaching. You'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the company continues to grow.

In this role, there is a genuine pathway into Quality Management. For the right Quality Engineer, this could be the opportunity to develop into the Quality Manager and take ownership of the wider Quality function.

The Role:

• Drive Quality across complex Aerospace components and precision machining projects

• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to solve technical Quality challenges

• Support the AS9100 QMS, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement

• Take on increasing responsibility with a clear pathway towards Quality Management

The Person:

• Quality Engineering experience within an Aerospace manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems

• Confident reading blueprints, understanding GD&T and working to tight tolerances

• CMM, inspection or precision machining experience would be highly beneficial
