In this role, you will design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and emergency power systems, run calculations, coordinate Revit models, manage scope/budgets, and interface directly with architects, clients and utilities, while taking ownership of the electrical scope and supporting junior staff.

This role would suit a Senior Electrical Engineer from a building services/HVAC project background looking for long-term development, increased responsibility, and a clear pathway to progress within a growing business.

The Role:

• Lead electrical building systems design from initial design through construction documents
• Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and emergency power systems
• Revit coordination and clash resolution with multi-discipline design teams
• Own the electrical portion of projects, including hours, budgets, scope, and delivery
• Client/architect/utility liaison, submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits and field reports

The Person:

• Senior-level electrical engineering experience with building/HVAC project design and construction experience
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Texas PE license, or ability to obtain Texas licensure within 90 days
• Self-motivated, independent, and interested in long-term progression and continued learning
