In this role, you will lead HVAC projects, review and approve designs, calculations and specifications, work directly with clients and architects, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and budget, and resolve construction-stage issues through submittal review, RFIs, and site visits. You will also mentor junior engineers and designers while contributing to client development, proposals, and repeat business.

This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer with strong HVAC project delivery experience who is looking for long-term development, technical leadership, and a clear route to increased responsibility and senior leadership.

The Role:

• Lead HVAC/mechanical projects from concept through construction
• Take ownership of project scope, budgets, schedules, and delivery
• Act as the primary client-facing lead, working directly with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, specifications, and deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers/designers and support their technical development
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery

The Person:

• Senior-level mechanical project engineering experience delivering HVAC/building services projects
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Texas PE license, or able to obtain Texas licensure by comity within 90 days
• Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and interested in long-term progression into senior leadership
