In this role, you will produce full mechanical construction documents in Revit, design HVAC systems (air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, specialty ventilation, and controls), complete load calculations and equipment selection, and coordinate models to resolve clashes prior to construction while ensuring code compliance.

The Role:

• Produce mechanical construction documents in Revit from schematic design through construction documents
• Design HVAC systems including air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, specialty ventilation, and controls
• Perform heating/cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, and pressure-loss calculations
• Coordinate mechanical systems across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes before construction
• Ensure compliance with IMC, IECC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable Texas/local codes

The Person:

• Mechanical/HVAC engineering experience with design and construction experience on similar project types
• Revit experience
• FE or EIT certification (or on the path to PE)
• Self-motivated, independent, and interested in continued learning and long-term progression
