On offer is a permanent role with an established precision manufacturing business producing complex components through CNC machining, turning, milling, Swiss machining and automation, where you'll play a key part in improving how the company operates as they continue to expand under new leadership.

With Epicor central to how the business runs, you'll be the key point of contact for ERP support and improvement, working closely with operations and finance to streamline processes and deliver better reporting and decision-making.

In this role you'll support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across multiple departments, help improve quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows, and develop KPI reporting to support decision-making. You'll use advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) alongside SQL and Power BI (preferred) to analyze data, create insights, and drive continuous improvement.

This role would suit someone with Epicor ERP experience in a manufacturing setting, looking for long-term progression, broader responsibility, and the chance to become a key figure in a business systems function as the company scales.

The Role:

• Support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across the business, working closely with multiple departments
• Develop reports, KPIs and insights using advanced Excel (and SQL/Power BI preferred)
• Provide help desk / IT support for employees and contribute to upgrades and user training
• On-site initially, moving to a flexible hybrid schedule after the first couple of months

The Person:

• Epicor ERP experience (modules, configuration and functional support), ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) and strong analytical ability
• SQL and/or Power BI experience strongly preferred
