In this role, you will work across the full design and production process, producing detailed 3D models, drawings and manufacturing documentation for high-quality modular projects.

You will work closely with engineering, design and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable and ready for manufacture.

The Role

• Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings and production documentation
• Work with Cadwork and/or Revit across modular construction projects
• Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams
• Support technical problem-solving, design coordination and buildability
• Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy and quality control

The Person

• Experience as a CAD Engineer, CAD Designer or Detailer
• Background within construction, modular, offsite or manufacturing
• Strong experience with Cadwork or Revit
• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing
• Ambitious, detail-focused and looking for long-term progression

The Package

• $95,000 - $100,000 base salary
