In this role, you will supervise a team of 1 Engineer, 1 Technician and provide technical guidance, oversee engineering projects, and drive improvements across products and manufacturing processes.

The Role:

• Lead and supervise the engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Oversee engineering projects from concept through to implementation
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
• Drive product, process, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and engineering resources

The Person:

• Experienced Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Experience with engineering projects, product development, or process improvement
