This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager with strong client management experience looking for greater ownership, commercial responsibility and the opportunity to progress into broader client management and senior leadership.
The Role:

• Serve as a key client contact and take responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Support business development activities, including identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
• Provide technical and project leadership across assigned projects, proactively addressing project risks, scope changes, commercial considerations, and delivery challenges.

The Candidate:

• Senior Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager with experience in project delivery, client development, and relationship management
• Wants to progress through strong personal performance, commercial awareness, and excellent client-facing skills
• wants to manage their own clients and smash targets through independent client management skills
