Integration Engineer - Platform Migration (.NET / React)

$80-$120/hr (W2 or C2C)

This is an excellent opportunity for an Integration Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to join a major modernization programme, in a fully remote based role, with potential to convert to a direct-hire role. You'll rebuild legacy functionality onto a shared platform using .NET, React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL, delivering like-for-like behaviour.

This established software business supports power grid operations and planning across North America and is expanding its shared platform and they now need an Integration Engineer to migrate an assigned product onto the common platform.

This is a high-impact, fully remote contract offering a market-leading hourly rate and a genuine path into a direct-hire position.

The Role

• Rebuild on the shared platform using C# / ASP.NET Core + React / TypeScript
• Move data/models into PostgreSQL with EF Core (performance-focused)
• Prove like-for-like behaviour through testing and side-by-side validation with the team

The Person

• Proven full-stack engineer: .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) + React (TypeScript)
• Strong SQL + relational database skills (PostgreSQL ideal; MS SQL useful)
• Able to work independently in a CI/CD environment (Git, code review, automated tests); US work authorization required
