Are you a Project Manager from a high-end residential construction background looking for a role where you can take full ownership of a flagship single-family home project, working closely with designers and architects, with clear progression as an established contractor grows its new LA operation?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established high-end residential contractor (40+ years) that has recently opened in Los Angeles and is now looking to build out their team as they win new work and grow their reputation in the area.
In this role you will run one site end-to-end, managing subcontractors, coordinating layouts and sequencing, ensuring schedules are met, and leading weekly site meetings while maintaining the standard expected on luxury residential builds.
You will receive a structured onboarding period (shadowing an onboarding buddy) and on-the-job training alongside an assigned Project Manager, giving you the platform to develop, take on more responsibility, and progress into senior roles as the LA team scales.
This role would suit a high-end residential Project Manager who has delivered projects start-to-finish and wants increased ownership, development, and a genuine long-term progression route.

The Role:
* Project managing a high-end residential build from start to finish (single site)
* Managing subcontractors, layouts, sequencing, and daily site coordination
* Weekly site meetings and liaising with designers/architects to drive quality finishes
* Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (permanent position)

The Person:
* Project Manager experience within high-end residential / luxury single-family homes
* Experience delivering projects start-to-finish (ideally $10m+)
* OSHA 30 (minimum qualification listed)
