Are you a Health & Safety Manager looking for a pivotal leadership role where you can take real ownership of site safety and lead a close-knit team in a high-hazard industrial environment?

On offer is an important position at a well-established industrial facility, where you'll be the day-to-day lead for the health & safety management system and will be visible on the shop floor, driving standards across a large multi-shift operation.

This is a key hire due to an internal move, giving you the chance to step into an established program with support from the current H&S Manager, while also having the authority to lead investigations, manage OSHA interactions, and make a tangible impact.

In this role you will manage 3 safety supervisors across different shifts, working closely with the wider site teams to improve safety performance across a busy operation handling hazardous materials.

This role would suit a hands-on H&S leader from heavy industrial / manufacturing, looking for a high-impact position with real responsibility and the chance to lead a team on a critical site.

The Role:

• Day-to-day ownership of the site Health & Safety management system
• Leading a team of 3 safety supervisors across multiple shifts
• Incident investigations and ongoing interaction with OSHA
• Shop-floor presence driving standards and safe behaviors
• Days: 6:30am - 3:30pm with flexibility as required

The Person:

• Health & Safety leadership experience
• Heavy industrial / manufacturing background (toxic / hazardous substances)
• ISO 45001 experience (essential)
• Comfortable with respiratory PPE requirements
