Are you a Senior Estimator / Civil Estimator from a heavy civil background looking for a high-impact role where you can take real ownership of bids on major projects and build toward senior leadership?

As a result of continued success and new project wins, they are looking to add an experienced Estimator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will lead take-offs and bid preparation, decipher complex plans and specifications, build subcontractor and vendor pricing, and support Project Management and Engineering throughout preconstruction.

This role would suit an Estimator with heavy civil experience (utilities and/or site clearance) who wants long-term progression, high responsibility, and access to ongoing development and industry events.

The Role:

• Lead detailed take-offs and prepare accurate estimates from plans and bid documents
• Source and assess subcontractor and vendor quotes to build competitive bids
• Support Project Management and Engineering with preconstruction queries and handover

The Person:

• Estimator experience within heavy civil (utilities and/or site clearance)
• Comfortable working from detailed blueprints and bid documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Driven, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow long-term
