This commercial GC, specializing in tenant improvement projects, are highly active in Downtown and Greater Austin. Through a period of steady growth, they are now looking to hire another Superintendent for some larger projects in their pipeline.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop beyond pure construction. The company provides both the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects, whilst also providing clear opportunities for taking on more responsibility. You'll also have the chance to join a company known for its culture.

The Role:

• Run jobs from start to finish; scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, materials and submittals.
• Responsible for safety.
• Attend weekly meetings and possess strong soft / communication skills
• Up to $100,000 Base Salary, Bonus, Truck Allowance, PTO + more.

The Person:

• Commercial construction experience
• Tenant Improvement / Renovation experience (preferred)
• Previous large project experience is ideal, but not required.
