Are you an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator with commercial or industrial electrical construction experience, looking to take the next step towards becoming a Project Manager with a growing electrical contractor?

You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and field leadership while developing the technical, commercial, and project management skills required to take ownership of your own projects.

This role would suit an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator with an electrical background who is looking for progression to a Project Manager role for a growing company offering a leading benefits package and bonus scheme.

The Role:

• Take increasing responsibility for project coordination and work towards managing your own projects
• Work closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
• Receive ongoing training and development with a clear pathway towards Project Management

The Person:

• Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Owner/Operator, or similar electrical construction professional
• Electrical field background in commercial or industrial construction
• Ambitious professional looking to develop into a Project Manager and take on increasing responsibility
