Are you a technically minded sales, project or program professional looking for a role where you can take ownership of customer programs and become a go-to specialist for a niche product range?

Do you enjoy coordinating between customers and engineering teams, managing quotes and follow-ups, and making sure projects keep moving from enquiry through to completion?

This is a permanent position with a well-established US manufacturer supplying engineered products into demanding markets. You'll join a small, collaborative team with a strong package, team bonus structure and a working pattern built around balance, including an early Friday finish.

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of assigned programs and customer accounts, working closely with engineering and internal teams to understand requirements, develop quotes, coordinate next steps and keep projects on track. Full product and systems training will be provided.

This role would suit someone from a technical sales, inside sales, project management, program management or engineering coordination background who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and keeping multiple moving parts organized.

The Role:

• Managing assigned customer programs and accounts from initial enquiry through to quotation, order and completion
• Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering and technical teams
• Preparing quotes, following up with customers and coordinating technical requirements
• Managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring actions are followed up and programs continue moving forward
• Occasional travel to trade shows, approximately once per quarter

The Person:

• Experience in technical sales, inside sales, project management, program management or a similar technical coordination role
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical information, or eager to develop this knowledge
• Proactive, detail-oriented and confident taking ownership of projects and follow-ups
