Are you a Controls Engineer or PLC Programmer with experience programming from scratch, looking for a role where you can own complete automation projects end-to-end, from control panel design through to startup and troubleshooting, with clear technical development and broader project responsibility?

On offer is a permanent, on-site position with a well-established control system integrator and contract manufacturer, working on varied automation projects involving PLC programming, instrumentation, installation support, startup and testing.

This company is known for delivering complete controls solutions across the full project lifecycle, with an established local team in Florida and a long track record in the market. Due to continued demand and to strengthen engineering capability, they are now looking to add an experienced controls engineer to the team.

In this role you will take quoted project plans and develop full controls solutions, programming PLCs from scratch, designing control panels, supporting panel build and installation, and completing commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting on customer sites.

This role would suit a strong Controls Engineer looking to stay hands-on technically, take real ownership across complete projects, and grow their responsibility within an established specialist team.

The Role:

• Program PLCs from scratch to deliver complete controls solutions
• Control panel design, instrumentation, and support of panel build
• Support installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

The Person:

• Controls / automation background with PLC programming from scratch
• Experience with control panel design and instrumentation
• Comfortable contributing across full project lifecycle (design through startup/testing)
