Are you a Controls Engineer with PLC programming experience looking for a highly autonomous role where you can lead technically challenging automation projects from concept through completion?

This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career towards Senior or Principal Engineer, supported by extensive onboarding, one-to-one mentoring and specialist external training including Siemens, FANUC, controls logic and OSHA courses.

The company provides specialist engineering solutions to manufacturers across a variety of industries, giving you exposure to different applications, technologies, and complex automation challenges.

In this role, you will design, program, and improve automated control systems, working across PLC, HMI, SCADA, and electrical systems. You will also work directly with customers, taking ownership of projects and developing solutions around their requirements.

This would suit a Controls or Automation Engineer looking for greater autonomy, technical development, and long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Lead automation projects from concept through completion.
• Troubleshoot and improve electrical and control systems.
• Work directly with customers on technical requirements.

The Candidate:

• Controls / Automation Engineering experience.
• Strong PLC programming experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment background.
• Looking for technical development and career progression.
