Pay: $50-$70/hr + 1.5x overtime + per diem + medical, dental and vision benefits

An opportunity for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a leading contractor delivering hyperscale data center projects across the US. This travelling role starts in Kentucky and offers a strong pipeline of work on major builds.

Are you an Electrical Foreman with experience leading crews on large industrial or commercial projects? Want to bring that experience to data center construction?

The contractor is expanding its field team following a series of major project wins. They're looking for a hands-on Foreman who can keep crews productive, maintain high safety and quality standards, and coordinate day-to-day electrical work on site.

You'll start on a hyperscale data center project in Kentucky before travelling to future projects nationwide. Working with the site leadership team, you'll direct electrical crews, plan daily work, track progress, and help resolve field issues.

The role

• Lead electrical crews on hyperscale data center projects.
• Coordinate daily work, materials and site activities.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Travel between projects, starting in Kentucky.

The person

• Electrical Foreman with industrial or large commercial construction experience.
• Confident leading crews and coordinating work in the field.
• Data center experience preferred, but not essential.
• Willing to travel nationwide for projects.
