This is a long-established, family-run manufacturer that is continuing to grow and is looking for a Controls Engineer they can invest in for the long term.

You'll work closely with the Director of Engineering, gaining hands-on exposure to PLCs, HMIs, DCS, plant upgrades and engineering projects while being supported with training, certifications and further education.

The role gives you a genuine mix of hands-on controls engineering and project work. You'll be on the plant floor troubleshooting and improving systems, while also getting involved with P&IDs, AutoCAD Electrical, budgets, vendors and contractors.

The Role:

• Troubleshoot, modify and improve PLC, HMI and DCS systems

• Support plant upgrades, controls projects and continuous improvement

• Work across the plant floor and engineering office, including P&IDs and AutoCAD Electrical

• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams on engineering projects

The Person:

• Controls Engineering experience with PLCs and HMIs

• Background in manufacturing or a process-based environment

• Ambitious engineer looking to develop towards senior engineering responsibility

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
