Are you a Purchasing leader ready to take ownership of a U.S. operation's sourcing strategy and build out its supplier network?

Do you have the automotive or manufacturing experience to develop suppliers, drive localization and influence purchasing strategy at a growing international manufacturer?

This is a senior opportunity with a global automotive manufacturer backed by an established international group and continued investment across its U.S. operations.

You'll take ownership of purchasing strategy across the U.S. operation, with significant responsibility for supplier development, strategic sourcing and procurement performance.

A major focus will be building and developing the North American supply base. You'll work directly with suppliers, manufacturing teams and international leadership to improve cost, quality, delivery and supply continuity.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible position where you'll have genuine influence over the direction of the purchasing function and the suppliers supporting the U.S. operation.

The Role:

• Lead purchasing strategy across the U.S. operation

• Drive supplier localization and development across North America

• Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations and supplier selection

• Improve cost, quality, delivery and supply continuity

The Person:

• Strong Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain leadership experience

• Background within a multinational automotive or manufacturing environment

• Strong experience across sourcing, supplier development and negotiation

• Comfortable working with international teams, suppliers and different cultures
