The Role:

• Carry out hands-on maintenance, annual and pre-buy inspections, repairs and installations across piston aircraft

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and progressively take on more complex maintenance work

• Use aviation maintenance systems and follow established company processes

• Develop through structured training and skills validation, progressing through the company's pay tiers

The Person:

• FAA A&P License with General Aviation and piston aircraft experience

• 1+ year of relevant General Aviation experience

• Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting ability with a willingness to learn

• Positive, reliable team player who can work independently and adapt to new processes
