This is an opportunity to join a global automotive manufacturer and immediately progress into an Operations Manager position, taking broader responsibility across a growing U.S. operation.

You'll oversee a complex manufacturing environment spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement.

You'll be highly visible on the shop floor while working closely with teams across the site and the wider international organization. The role also offers international exposure and travel opportunities for training and development.

For an experienced Production or Engineering Manager who is ready to broaden their responsibility and move towards senior site leadership, this is a genuine opportunity to make that step.

The Role:

• Progress immediately into Operations leadership across injection molding and assembly

• Drive site-wide performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

• Lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on and visible across the operation

• Work closely with international leadership and colleagues across the wider global organization

The Person:

• Production Manager or Engineering Manager within automotive manufacturing

• Strong technical or engineering background with hands-on manufacturing leadership experience

• Proven experience managing across multicultural or international teams and environments

• Ambitious and looking to progress towards senior site leadership within a global organization
