Are you a Manufacturing Engineering Manager or senior manufacturing leader looking for a high-impact role with a genuine route into VP-level leadership?

This is a rare opportunity to join an established aerospace manufacturer producing electromechanical products for military and commercial applications. You'll take ownership of a key engineering function, lead a strong team and play a major role in improving productivity, automation and operational performance.

You'll work closely with the VP of Operations and be developed for broader leadership responsibility over time. The person previously promoted through this route is still with the business and will be involved in supporting your development, giving you direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear long-term career path.

This is not a desk-only management role. You'll be visible on the shop floor, working closely with Production, Engineering and Operations, while also leading projects, developing people and driving plant-wide improvements.

The Role:

• Lead a small Manufacturing Engineering team
• Drive automation, productivity and process improvements
• Support production and new product introduction
• Work closely with senior operations leadership

The Person:

• Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience
• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering background
• AS9100 essential
• SolidWorks experience
