This is an exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturer developing technical products for commercial applications. You'll shape the partner experience, build engaging training programs, and develop lasting relationships that support long-term growth.

The company supplies engineering products through a network of channel partners. As the business grows, they are investing in making sure partners and their teams have the product knowledge, support, and direction they need to succeed.

In this role, you'll own the partner journey from initial onboarding through product education, ongoing support, and account development. You'll create training content and enablement materials, deliver sessions, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to help partners understand the products and communicate their value.

The Role:

• Develop and improve partner onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
• Build and deliver training on engineering products, alongside educational content and partner support materials
• Develop relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring partners and their teams are set up for success
• Keep partners informed about products, expectations, and company growth plans
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to support partner performance
• On-site in St. Augustine, FL, five days per week, with occasional travel

The Person:

• Experience in B2B channel enablement, partner development, customer onboarding, or account management
• Experience creating and delivering training or education programs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable learning engineering products and explaining them clearly
• Proactive, organised, and motivated to take ownership in a growing business
