Are you a Manufacturing or Process Engineer looking to drive major improvement projects at a growing facility, with specialist training and clear progression into Production Management or senior engineering roles?

In this varied role, you will lead continuous improvement projects focused on increasing output, improving efficiency and resolving production issues. Working closely with maintenance, quality and other engineering teams, you will identify opportunities, investigate root causes and implement lasting process improvements.

This role would suit a Manufacturing or Process Engineer who wants ownership of meaningful projects, further technical development and a clear route into leadership.

The Role:

• Lead large-scale continuous improvement projects across the facility

• Develop and implement processes to improve output and manufacturing efficiency

• Carry out root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Work closely with maintenance, quality and engineering teams

The Candidate:

• Experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer

• Background in a manufacturing environment

• Experience improving processes and solving production problems

• Looking for specialist training and progression into senior or management roles
