Are you an Architectural Project Manager, Lead Architect, or Architect with design experience looking to step into a key role where you can lead projects end-to-end and develop into a senior figure as the business continues to grow?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit design/build firm where you will be supported with hands-on training (including leadership development) and genuine long-term progression as they expand and open a new office.

This company specializes in commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on healthcare and dental facilities, alongside multifamily and other commercial work. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth plans, they are increasing capacity within their design team to support their construction division.

In this role, you will manage and drive projects forward, working closely with internal construction teams, overseeing designers, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting permitting processes with local municipalities. Projects are produced using Revit and 3D CAD workflows.

This role would suit a Project Manager / Architect with design experience who wants responsibility, structured development, and clear progression within a growing design/build business.

The Role:

• Architectural Project Manager / Lead Architect role within a design/build environment
• Oversee and support a small team of architects/designers
• Manage schedules, coordination, and permitting with local municipalities
• Design support using Revit (3D CAD workflows)
• Office-based role in Detroit, MI (some work-from-home possible)

The Person:

• Project Manager / Architect with design experience in commercial projects
• Revit experience (3D CAD workflow experience beneficial)
• Comfortable handling coordination/permits, scheduling, and stakeholder management
