You will be joining a growing specialist engineering business known for innovative technology and a collaborative environment where engineers actively help each other learn. As a result of continued growth and new work, they are now looking to add to their systems engineering team.

In this role you will define and negotiate new product specifications, own customer-facing datasheets from concept through release, lead spec compliance coordination across design/verification/test teams, and build reference designs and models (e.g., SPICE) to support evaluation and adoption.

This role would suit someone with strong IC knowledge who wants more technical ownership, direct customer impact, and ongoing development in a highly technical team.

The Role:

*Define specifications for new integrated circuit products from concept through release

*Customer-facing technical meetings; translate feedback into product requirements

*Own datasheets, compliance matrices, and cross-team coordination (design/verification/test)

*Develop reference designs and system-level models (e.g., SPICE) for evaluation

The Person:

*Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or closely related)

*Background in semiconductor systems engineering / space systems / power systems (or similar)

*IC (Integrated Circuit) expertise

*Strong communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions to customers
