Are you an Area Supervisor or Industrial Construction Supervisor looking for a long-term project where you can take ownership on site, be backed by senior leadership, and progress into Area Manager roles? Do you want to work on a technically complex EV battery manufacturing build, with a company known for high standards and a safety-first culture?

On offer is a permanent, site-based leadership opportunity on a major manufacturing construction project in De Soto, Kansas, expected to run through March 2027, with clear progression and continued project opportunities across the business thereafter.

This established industrial construction and engineering contractor is continuing to grow on the back of new projects and is now looking to add an Area Supervisor to support field supervision, coordination, and delivery on a high-value installation.

In this role, you will oversee subcontractors and site activity, drive safety and quality standards, manage scheduling and progress reporting, and work closely with internal leadership and stakeholders on site (including Japanese vendors).

This role would suit an experienced industrial construction professional who wants immediate supervisory responsibility, long-term stability on a flagship project, and a clear route into senior site leadership.

The Role:
- Area Supervisor responsibilities on an industrial manufacturing construction project
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
- Scheduling, daily progress logs, and reporting updates to senior leadership
- Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm, with paid weekend overtime available

The Person:
- 3-5+ years' experience in industrial construction, mechanical/electrical installation, or similar
- Some supervisory / field coordination experience, working with subcontractors and site crews
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, with strong safety/OSHA awareness
