On offer is a permanent position with a specialist structural concrete contractor where you will have genuine responsibility in the field, supported by experienced senior leaders who will mentor and develop you as you grow into the role.



This well-established business self-performs cast-in-place structural concrete across a range of commercial projects (including colleges, sports and entertainment facilities), and they are known locally for quality delivery and a personable, hands-on environment. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add a key hire to help drive projects and develop into a long-term leader.



In this role you will report to site daily across Jacksonville, reading and interpreting drawings, planning and driving the work in the field, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and keeping projects on track across foundations, slabs on grade, elevated decks, beams, and columns.



This role would suit a Commercial Concrete Superintendent / Foreman looking for real ownership, a clear long-term route into senior leadership, and the chance to make your mark with a growing specialist contractor.



The Role:

• Site-based Concrete Superintendent / Foreman role across Jacksonville, FL
• Overseeing and driving field operations on commercial structural concrete projects
• Reading plans, laying out work, coordinating crews and managing subcontractors
• Scope includes foundations, slabs on grade, elevated decks, beams, and columns
• Standard hours around 7:00am-3:30pm with overtime/weekend work as required by pours

The Person:

• Superintendent / Foreman experience on commercial concrete projects (structural preferred)
• Comfortable reading drawings and driving work in the field on active sites
• Looking for long-term progression into senior leadership with more responsibility
