Are you a Project Manager looking for a clear step up into a Project Executive position, where you will take full ownership of complex, high-value commercial builds and work directly with senior leadership, with a genuine route into VP of Construction?

You will be trusted to run multiple projects, own the numbers, and be a key part of how the business delivers and grows.

As a result of continued expansion, they are adding senior leadership capacity so they can continue on their growth trajectory, while the commercial division continues to take on more work and bigger projects.

In this role you will lead the most complex projects, own full project financials and compliance, coordinate subcontractors, and partner with senior executives to drive profitable delivery across multiple concurrent jobs.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a General Contractor background, looking to step into a Project Executive role with real ownership, senior-level influence, and a clear path into a VP position as the company continues to expand.

The Role:

• Step up from Senior Project Manager into a Project Executive position
• Lead complex, high-value commercial construction projects
• Own full project financials, profitability, and compliance
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors across multiple concurrent jobs
• Monday to Friday, on-site role based in Hartford, CT

The Person:

• Senior Project Manager / Project Manager background within a General Contractor environment
• Experience delivering commercial projects while managing multiple jobs simultaneously
• Driven, emotionally intelligent leader with strong financial ownership and client/subcontractor management
