Are you an Electrical Engineer with industrial power distribution experience, looking to become the site-level technical authority for medium and low voltage systems? Are you looking for a long-term role where you can drive reliability, electrical safety standards and capital upgrades in a heavy industrial plant environment?

Due to continual market dominance and exciting growth plans, they are now seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join their team and keep up the high-quality output of their facilities.

In this role you will act as the subject matter expert for a industrial power system and plant equipment, supporting troubleshooting in the field while leading documentation, planning and execution for electrical reliability, PM strategy, arc flash work, and capital projects through to contractor management and commissioning.

This role would suit an experienced industrial Electrical Engineer who wants long-term technical progression, site-level responsibility, and to be recognised as the go-to expert in a complex manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Drive electrical maintenance across a large manufacturing facility.
• Lead CapEx Projects & RCA, overseeing MCCs & VFDs and improve maintenance strategies.
• Excellent training, career progression, Commission and company package available

The Person:

• Industrial electrical engineering / maintenance engineering experience in a plant environment
• Strong power distribution background including substations / medium voltage and MCCs
• Eager to receive training, progress and looking for a long-term career.
