Are you an Estimator, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager looking for a role where you can own work from preconstruction through delivery and progress into Project Management? On offer is a permanent position with a growing specialist contractor where you will step into a key role, taking ownership of estimating while developing into project management as you build trust and deliver results.

This company specializes in site prep, clearing, and demolition and has been expanding from residential into larger commercial/state work. Due to continued growth plans, they are now looking to add an experienced estimator who can become a core part of the team long-term.

In this role you will interpret plans, build scopes, and support procurement, working closely with the Superintendent and leadership team to manage costs and financials as projects move from bid to build.

This role would suit an Estimator with heavy civil/sitework experience looking to take on more ownership, develop into Project Management, and play a key part in a growing contractor's success.

The Role:

• 60/40 split: estimating with progression into project management responsibilities
• Read and interpret plans to build scope and pricing
• Support procurement and preconstruction planning
• Naples-based role supporting commercial/state excavation projects

The Person:

• Estimator with 3+ years' experience, ideally in heavy civil/sitework/excavation
• Experience working on commercial and/or state excavation projects
• Strong communication skills and an interest in moving into Project Management
