On offer is a long-term position with a growing building automation specialist working across Florida, where you will be part of a strong field team and supported by engineering and programming expertise to build your technical capability over time.

Due to continued project demand and the need to bring more work in-house, they are hiring multiple permanent installers to strengthen their field installation capacity and reduce reliance on subcontractors.

In this role you will install building automation and HVAC controls systems on customer sites, reading electrical schematics, laying out and running conduit, pulling wiring, and assembling/installing panels and controls components. Depending on experience, you will also support downloading, testing and commissioning, with further development available through factory training.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on controls installer who takes pride in quality installation work and wants structured development into a more complete controls professional over the long term.

The Role:

• Install building automation / HVAC controls systems across customer sites in Florida
• Run conduit, pull wiring, assemble panels, and terminate controls components
• Support downloading, testing and commissioning (trained and supported as required)
• Field-based role with company truck and substantial overtime available

The Person:

• Practical electrical installation experience (low voltage ideal) with schematic reading ability
• Comfortable running conduit, wiring, and installing/assembling panels
• Clean driving license and able to meet site access/badging requirements
