This multi-award warning business design, test and manufacture packaging solutions for customers spanning a range of markets in Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Distribution and many more.

Due to rapid growth they are now recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive new business sales forward.

You will be responsible for growing, managing and developing sales through customer meetings, building on existing customer relationships and conducting market research for new business opportunities. This role will have extensive travel around the US (50%) which will be fully expensed and you will also get a car allowance and great company package.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, ideally within packaging and be looking for a role where you will have a large impact in the growth of a company.

The Role:
* Sell a range of market leading packaging solutions and products
* Work with customers across a range of industries such as Distribution, Automotive and Retail
* 50% travel across the US fully expensed and a car allowance

The Person:
* Demonstrable experience in B2B Sales
* Come from a packaging background, ideally within packaging.
* Willing to learn and develop product knowledge
* Hold a valid passport
