Are you a Senior Project Manager or Commercial Construction Project Manager looking to take full ownership of multiple projects and build a clear pathway into Project Director level leadership?

On offer is a long-term opportunity with a well-established commercial general contractor where you will run projects end-to-end, influence how work is delivered, and develop into a senior leadership position as the business continues to grow.

This company has been established since for 50 years and is known for its family values and the way it treats people; being a face in the business, not just a number. With growth and expansion into new markets, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help drive delivery and mentor the wider team.

In this role you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors while owning schedules, budgets, change orders and reporting. You will also mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and field staff.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager from a commercial construction background looking to step into a role with real ownership, visibility with leadership, and a clear route into managing other PMs.

The Role:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty
- Own schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, RFIs/submittals and change orders
- Lead client-facing meetings and coordinate subcontractors, design teams and internal stakeholders
- Mentor Project Managers / Assistant PMs and support field teams
- On-site role based in Greensboro, NC with local travel to job sites

The Person:
- Proven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience in commercial construction
- Experience running projects end-to-end with strong cost, schedule and contract control
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred)
