Are you a Production Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor ready to step up into a true leadership role where you can drive results, improve labor productivity, and make things happen on the floor rather than reporting from a desk?

On offer is a permanent, on-site opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing facility, taking responsibility for a team of shift leaders in a 24/7 operation and driving daily production performance through bottleneck removal, material flow control, and strong accountability.

The business is a front runner internally for productivity and has a strong focus on safety (minimal injuries and an active approach to identifying risk). Due to internal moves across departments, they are now looking to bring in a high-driver leader to keep pushing performance and continuous improvement forward.

In this role you will run daily production reviews, lead a 9am planning meeting, coordinate closely with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues, and take action to improve uptime, throughput, and delivery performance. While the core hours are Monday-Friday, this is a 24/7 operation and you will be the escalation point when issues arise.

This role would suit a Production Manager / Production Supervisor from a manufacturing environment looking for genuine ownership, the chance to lead and develop a shift management structure, and a role where your actions directly impact performance.

The Role:

• Lead and hold shift leaders accountable in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Drive labor productivity, material flow, and daily output performance
• Run daily production reviews and planning meetings; remove bottlenecks
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues and improve uptime
• Monday-Friday core hours with out-of-hours escalation as needed
