Are you a leader within the semiconductor industry, looking to take full ownership of your own facility, and play a key role in the development and growth of your team within a global organization?

This company are a reputable name in their industry and are in a great phase of growth. They are now looking for a Plant Manager to take the reins of the facility and drive future growth plans.

On offer is a chance to step up into a Plant Management position. You will be responsible for the expansion, development and overall success of an established site.

This role would suit someone in the semiconductor industry who has leadership experience, looking to take the next step in their career and have full responsibility of their own plant.

The Role:

• Oversee site operations and growth plans
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Lead change management initiatives

The Candidate:

• Any leadership experience within the semiconductor industry
• Experience with change management
• Looking to progress into Directorship in the future
