Are you a Manufacturing Cost Accountant looking to deepen your skill set, learn a high-volume production environment, and build a clear path into a Controller position with a business that promotes from within?

On offer is a permanent, on-site position where you'll be supported with site-specific training (including IQMS) and ongoing development through online learning, while working closely with the shop floor to understand how the numbers tie back to the operation.

This is a well-established plastics manufacturer with multiple North American plants, supplying components into personal care, food & beverage, and pharma. Due to continued growth and increasing workload, they are looking to add to their finance team at the Denver site.

In this role you'll partner daily with operators and production teams, owning key areas of manufacturing accounting including costing and analysis, helping the business understand performance and where improvements can be made. There is plenty to learn and real scope to broaden into more accounting responsibility over time.

This role would suit a people-oriented Cost Accountant from a plant environment looking for long-term development, increased ownership, and a clear progression route into a Controller role.

The Role:
- On-site cost accounting role within a manufacturing / plant environment
- Work closely with operators and production teams to understand performance and support decision making
- Develop your knowledge of site processes and systems (including IQMS) with structured training
- 8am-4pm, permanent position based in Denver, CO

The Person:
- Manufacturing Cost Accountant experience (or strong exposure within a plant environment)
- Comfortable being on-site and communicating across multiple levels of the business
- Looking for development and progression towards a Controller-level position
