In this role, you'll manage a talented mechanical engineering team and lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for various high profile construction projects. You'll be a key decision-maker in project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation in every design.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with deep technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a passion for delivering projects to the highest standard.

The Role

• Lead the mechanical department, managing a team of 4 engineers/designers
• Oversee HVAC system design including cooling towers, VRF systems, and smoke control systems
• Conduct QA/QC reviews, calculations, and technical oversight of all deliverables
• Collaborate with clients, attend coordination meetings, and conduct site visits

The Candidate:

• High level of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in high-rise residential or Multifamily projects
• Florida PE license preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes and HVAC design principles
• Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
