Are you an Electrical Engineer with building design experience looking to develop technically and progress into a senior position, with full support to gain your PE? On offer is a long-term opportunity to join an established electrical engineering business working primarily on K-12 educational projects, where you'll be supported with training (including Revit) and given a clear pathway into Senior Electrical Engineer level and beyond.

This company has ambitious growth plans across Houston and Dallas, with longer-term potential for further expansion as they continue to win work. They are looking to add an Electrical Engineer to strengthen the team and support continued success.

In this role you will be office-based with site visits as required, producing electrical designs and construction documentation, working in Revit and AutoCAD, completing calculations, and managing RFI's and submittals while coordinating with architects and project stakeholders.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer from a building services / MEP background looking for structured development, support toward PE licensure, and clear progression as the business grows.

The Role:

• Electrical design work for building projects (primarily K-12 education)
• Produce drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Calculations, building codes and electrical system standards compliance
• RFI's, submittals, and coordination with architects / stakeholders
• Office-based in Houston with site visits as required (Monday-Friday, 8-5)

The Person:

• Electrical Engineering background with building electrical design experience (MEP / building services)
• Experience with (or interest in developing with) Revit and AutoCAD
• Motivated to gain PE licensure and progress into a senior role with more responsibility
