You will work alongside experienced engineers, construction project managers, and operational teams, developing your skills in civil design, technical documentation, construction coordination, and site project delivery. Training and support will be provided to help you build your confidence and take on increasing responsibility throughout your career.

This role would suit a recent Civil Engineering graduate with AutoCAD experience who is eager to develop their technical expertise, gain practical industry experience, and progress their career within a growing infrastructure business.

The Role:

• Develop engineering designs and documentation for site infrastructure, including buildings, landfills, utilities, and concrete pads

• Coordinate construction activities, review technical documentation, and manage smaller site projects, including budgets and schedules

• Work alongside operations, maintenance, and contractors to support project delivery and ensure engineering standards are maintained

• Receive on-the-job training with opportunities to progress into project management, business development, or other areas of the business

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• AutoCAD experience

• Organized engineer interested in developing their project coordination and management skills
