You will take responsibility for the Tampa branch, overseeing project delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and team development while identifying opportunities to expand the operation. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded leader to take ownership, make decisions, and directly influence the future success of the branch.

This role would suit a successful Electrical Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or senior electrical construction leader with strong commercial instincts who wants greater ownership, the opportunity to grow a business, and the financial rewards that come with delivering results.

The Role:

• Take full operational responsibility for the Tampa branch, leading a team of 25+ across commercial electrical construction
• Drive branch growth, profitability, and financial performance while overseeing project financials, risk management, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Lead, develop, and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents while strengthening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

The Candidate:

• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout
• Strong operational leadership, financial management, and business development skills, with experience developing project teams
• Commercially driven leader motivated by growing a branch, improving profitability, and delivering measurable business results
