On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist MEP engineering firm, where you will receive hands-on training alongside experienced mechanical teams and spend time with an established field technician, setting you up for long-term development in the role.

This company has been established for 20 years and is known for delivering high-quality work across K-12 / educational buildings. As a result of continued growth and plans to expand their Dallas office, they are now looking to add to their field services team.

In this role you will carry out site inspections on live and completed projects across the Dallas area, completing reports, supporting RFIs and submittals, and responding to callouts as needed. You will work from home between site visits and collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to build your technical knowledge across MEP systems.

This role would suit a field service technician / inspector with basic mechanical knowledge and exposure to MEP systems, looking for structured training, increased responsibility, and clear progression as the Dallas operation grows.

The Role:

• Field inspections across projects in the Dallas area (live and completed)
• Working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to develop MEP knowledge
• Supporting RFIs and submittals and producing inspection documentation
• Work from home between site visits, with callouts as required
• Permanent role, typically an 8-hour day

The Person:

• Some mechanical / MEP knowledge and interest in developing across MEP systems
• Experience carrying out site inspections or a related field-based technical role
• Based in the Dallas area and willing to travel locally to sites
