Are you an experienced electrical construction professional with a background in field leadership, prefabrication, or VDC looking to step into a management position with a clear pathway into Director-level leadership?

On offer is the opportunity to lead the coordination between field operations, project management, VDC, and fabrication teams, using your practical construction knowledge to improve project delivery while developing your leadership skills and progressing into senior management.

This is an established national electrical contractor delivering major commercial, healthcare, EV infrastructure, and hyperscale data center projects. You will play a key role in developing fabrication and constructability strategies, coordinating VDC processes, and ensuring projects are designed and planned for efficient installation in the field. Working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and VDC teams, you will help improve coordination, drive efficiency, and develop processes across major electrical construction projects.

This role would suit an experienced electrical construction professional with field leadership experience and an understanding of prefabrication, constructability, or VDC, looking to broaden their influence and progress towards Director-level management.

The Role:

• Lead electrical prefabrication, constructability, and VDC coordination across major commercial and industrial projects, linking field operations with project management and design teams

• Drive fabrication planning, installation sequencing, and coordination processes, using construction drawings, electrical models, and technology platforms to improve project efficiency

• Mentor and support project and field teams, with industry-leading training, a strong benefits package, and a clear progression pathway towards Director-level leadership

The Candidate:

• Strong commercial or industrial electrical construction experience, with a background as a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar

• Experience with electrical prefabrication, modular construction, or constructability coordination, including the ability to interpret construction drawings and electrical models

• Experience coordinating field operations, project management, and VDC/design teams, with proficiency in tools such as Bluebeam, ACC, Procore, Navisworks, or Revit
