This role would suit an HVAC professional with commercial or industrial construction experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and work towards becoming a Project Manager. Candidates already coordinating projects or managing smaller jobs are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leadership, developing your project management, commercial and administrative capabilities.
• Build towards a Project Manager position, with longer-term potential to progress into Senior leadership as the business continues to develop its people.

The Candidate

• Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and mechanical systems, with the ability to coordinate field activities, materials and project delivery.
• Organised communicator capable of managing multiple priorities, working with customers and subcontractors, and developing into greater project ownership.
