Do you have scheduling experience within a manufacturing background? Are you looking for a stable, long-term role where you'll be properly supported and trained while playing a key part in keeping a business operation on track?

This is a full-time, onsite position with a well-established manufacturer, where you'll receive structured onboarding and support on their software, alongside day-to-day mentorship from the leadership team.

The company has a strong reputation for delivering complex work to high standards and is expanding their facility and doubling in size, creating a great opportunity to join a growing team in a modern shop environment.

This role would suit someone with manufacturing scheduling experience and knowledge of ERP who wants a secure position, strong support, and the chance to become the go-to person for production planning in a high-performing machine shop.

The Role:

• Own and maintain the ERP production schedule day-to-day
• Track shop floor part status and update schedules for changes and delays
• Match job router to available machines based on capacity, tooling, and hours
• 1^st shift, flexible start time between 6-8am (40hr week)

The Person:

• Manufacturing scheduling experience (machine shop environment ideal)
• ERP/MRP scheduling experience
• Good communication and attention to detail
